Dominic Solanke is expected to lead the line in a 4-3-3 formation, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Tammy Abraham sitting on bench. Demaray Gray and Ryan Sessegnon should be the starting wingers while James Maddison, Hamza Choudhoury and Mason Mount will form the midfield trio. In defense, Fikayo Tomori or Ezri Konsa will partner Jake Clarke-Salter at the heart of England's back four while Aaron Wan-Bissaka should get the nod over Jonjo Kenny as right back.
Les Bleus will be without the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele but still have amazing depth in quality. They are also missing captain Abdou Diallo through injury this summer, while Marcus Thuram was a late addition to replace Martin Terrier. The likes of Jonathan Bamba and Jonathan Ikoné are likely to get starting berths in the offensive midfield trio ahead of Nice star Allan Saint-Maximin. The trio will be completed by Jeff Reine-Adélaïde while Moussa Dembelè will spearhead the attack.
