FRANCE v RUSSIA BETTING PREVIEW
France come into the game on the back of an impressive 3-2 win over Netherlands at the Amsterdam ArenA as Antoine Griezmann, Olivier Giroud and Blaise Matuidi secured their names on the scoresheet. That was their sixth victory in their last seven matches. Furthermore, Les Bleus are on a three match winning streak at home and kept a clean sheet in the last two. It will be an emotional game for the hosts as it is the first match for the national team inside Stade De France since the terrorist attacks in Paris last November.
Manager Didier Deschamps is set to give Dimitri Payet his first start since June 2015. Kingsley Coman was one who did not manage to get any minutes last time out so we expect him to get his third cap in this one. Anthony Martial and Andre-Pierre Gignac are all in line to start, while N'Golo Kante will earn his maiden full cap on his 25th birthday.
Russia come into the game on the back of an impressive 3-0 win over Lithuania. They have become a difficult team to beat these days, they concede very few goals as is highlighted by their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign where they conceded just five goals in a group that included Sweden and Austria. After the sacking of manager Fabio Capello, Russia won each of their last four group games under Leonid Slutsky by an aggregate of 12-1. They are on a 4 match winning streak while playing away from home.
Two goalkeepers, Guilherme and Kritsyuk, have not come to Paris, as well as midfielders Yusupov and Maksimov. Igor Akinfeev may start between the sticks having played no part last time out. Artem Dzybua could also come into the start as the lead striker in a 4-4-1-1 formation.
