Sergio Aguero could sit out again ahead of the first-leg of Man City's Champions League tie with Tottenham on Tuesday, having already missed the midweek game. Gabriel Jesus is expected to lead the line once more. Benjamin Mendy is still sidelined and Oleksandr Zinchenko's injury leaves Guardiola short of options at left-back. As a result, Danilo could be forced to fill in since Fabian Delph has also been ruled out. David Silva, Bernardo Silva and Sterling were unused substitutes in midweek and will all start at Wembley.
Glenn Murray back into the starting lineup after his second-half cameo in midweek but Pascal Gross will definitely miss the game despite closing in on a return. Solly March is also not expected to recover from injury meaning that Jurgen Locadia and Alireza Jahanbakhsh are in contention to start up front, where Anthony Knockaert is likely to retain his berth. The likes of Yves Bissouma, Davy Propper and Dale Stephens are expected to anchor the midfield, while Bernardo, Lewis Dunk, Shane Duffy and Martin Montoya should form the four man backline.

As to their FA Cup campaing, City were very fortunate to make it through their quarter final clash with Swansea, coming back from 2-0 in the final minutes.Sergio Aguero could sit out again ahead of the first-leg of Man City's Champions League tie with Tottenham on Tuesday, having already missed the midweek game. Brighton are just W3-D2-L17 across all competitions up against ‘Big Six’ sides this term
Brighton have lost their last two fixtures 1-0 hosting Southampton and 3-0 on the road at Chelsea. They sit 15th in the Premier League standings, just 5 points above the relegation zone. Brighton have needed extra-time and penalties on the road to Wembley. The Seagulls saw off West Brom after extra-time in round five. That was followed by a nerve-shredding penalty shoot-out win against Millwall in the quarter-finals. As to direct encounters, the Seagulls have won all three meetings against Man City since they were promoted to the Premier League, including a 2-0 defeat at the Etihad Stadium earlier this season.Glenn Murray back into the starting lineup after his second-half cameo in midweek but Pascal Gross will definitely miss the game despite closing in on a return.
