Chelsea vs Leicester Betting Preview
Chelsea enter this clash on the back of a rare defeat under Thomas Tuchel's reign as they were beaten 1-0 at home by Arsenal on Wednesday. Anyway, the Blues remain few points away from secuting a top 4 placement in the Premier League as they boast a 4 point advantage over Liverpool (but the Reds have one game in hand). Chelsea have lost just three times in the last 26 outings, a run built on an impressive return of 18 clean sheets. They have also reached this season’s Champions League final, in which they face Manchester City in Porto on 29 May. Chelea are unbeaten in nine previous meetings against the Foxes in this competition - winning seven and drawing two.Leicester ended a two match winless run by recording a pivotal win over Manchester UTD (1-2) in midweek. They now sit 3rd in the league table, two points above Chelsea and need 4 points from the last two matchweeks to secure Champions League participation next season. The Foxes dumped Southampton out in the semi-finals and will be taking part in their first FA Cup final since 1969 as they search for their maiden crown. It’ll be the second meeting of the season between the two teams – Leicester triumphed 2-0 at the King Power Stadium in January thanks to first-half goals from Wilfred Ndidi and James Maddison. These two teams will meet again in Premier League next Tuesday.

Probable Line-Ups
Chelsea (3-4-2-1): Kepa; Azpilicueta, Silva, Rudiger; James, Jorginho, Kante, Chilwell; Ziyech, Mount; WernerThomas Tuchel will recall most of the regular starters he rested last time out
Mateo Kovacic faces a race against time to prove his fitness ahead of the final but is not expected to feature from the off. N'Golo Kante should therefore start over Billy Gilmour, while Hakim Ziyech is sure to come back in the starting XI, behind the lone striker alongside Mason Mount. Timo Werner was also given the night off in midweek and could lead the line over Kai Havertz. At the back, Andreas Christensen is available after a leg tendon issue. Kepa Arrizabalaga will continue in goal for the blues at Wembley ahead of Edouard Mendy.
Leicester (3-4-1-2): Schmeichel; Evans, Fofana, Soyuncu; Pereira, Ndidi, Tielemans, Castagne; Maddison; Vardy, Iheanacho
The Foxes will walk out onto the Wembley turf without long-term absentees James Justin and Harvey Barnes. They are also sweating on Jonny Evans’ fitness after the experienced centre-back suffered a heel injury in the warmup before last week’s defeat to Newcastle. James Maddison is not 100% fit but is expected to start behind the front duo formed by James Vardy and Kelechi Iheanacho. Timothy Castagne is expected to start as right wing-back while Ricardo Pereira should be fit enough to displace Luke Thomas on the other side.
Our Chelsea vs Leicester Predictions
Three of the last five encounters between this duo have resulted in draws and Leicester have won the only direct encounter this season. Despite that, Tuchel's side are the favourites here, and even with the results in midweek, it's hard to look past the possibility of them winning the trophy. As to the scoreline, 1-0 could be correct one.Our mission at BetAndSkill.com is providing you with free football tips. This section contains our best betting tips on Chelsea v Leicester City.
