WOLVES v CHELSEA BETTING PREVIEW
Wolves enter this match on the back of a disappointing defeat loss at home to Wigan on Tuesday, their third successive loss. They are now just 18th in the Championship table, six points from the relegation zone. In FA Cup they pulled off the shock of the fourth round when they beat Liverpool 2-1 at Anfield, having already knocked out Stoke in the previous round.
Michal Zyro, Jordan Graham and Mike Williamson are the only injured players for the home side. Manager Paul Lambert could make changes to his normal XI, fielding a 4-2-3-1 formation in which Nouha Dicko is expected to play as lone forward. The likes of Andreas Weimann, Helder Costa and David Edwards are like to start as offensive midfielders while Romain Saiss and George Saville will play in the middle of the park.
Chelsea have lost just one of their last 18 games in all competitions and comfortably top the Premier League table with an eight point gap over 2nd place Manchester City. Anyway, last week saw them dropping points from the third time in 2017 as Burnley held them to a 1-1 draw. The Blues have progressed to the last-16 of the FA Cup without yet meeting top flight opposition as they beat Peterboroguh (4-1) and Brentford (4-0) in the previous rounds. Chelsea have won nine of their last 10 against Wolves and Wolves have beaten the Blues just once in the last 34 years.
David Luiz has been given the weekend off as he is still nursing his knee problem. John Terry and Kurt Zouma should start in defense alongside Cesar Azpilicueta. Up front Michy Batshuayi should replace Diego Costa as central forward and he is likely to be flanked by Willian and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. In midfield, Nathaniel Chalobah and Cesc Fabregas are expected to start while Nathan Akè and Pedro should play as wing backs.
