CHELSEA vs ATLETICO MADRID BETTING PREVIEW 

A commanding 4-0 victory away at a chilly Qarabag was enough to guarantee Chelsea a place in the last 16. Antonio Conte, who has not put a time frame on David Luiz’s return, may stick with a 3-5-1-1 formation with Eden Hazard tucked behind the lone striker Alvaro Morata up front despite Willian and Pedro are pushing for starts after failing to start at the weekend. Michy Batshuayi returned to the bench in Chelsea's 3-1 win over Newcastle United on Saturday after suffering an ankle injury while on international duty. Davide Zappacosta is likely to replace Victor Moses as righ wing-back, while Gary Cahill, Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen will retain their starting berth at the back. Tiemoue Bakayoko should start in midfield, with Danny Drinkwater making room. Kenedy and Charly Musonda are both out through injury.



Atletico Madrid have not lost a competitive fixture since that 2-1 loss to Chelsea in late September, meaning they have now gone 13 games without a defeat in all competitions. They’ve won four on the spin and had kept five successive clean sheets prior to Saturday’s 2-1 win over Real Sociedad. Anyway, Diego Simeone's men have recorded just one win from their five Champions League outings this season. This leaves the Colchoneros in third spot and anything other than a win could mean Europa League football next February. Stefan Savic is available again after serving a one-match suspension against Roma while Juanfran is set to miss out with a hamstring injury. As a result, Thomas Partey may be required at right-back leaving Saul Niguez and Gabi playing in the middle of the park, with Yannick Carrasco and Koke out wide. In defense, Filipe Luis, Diego Godin and Stefan Savic looks sure to feature from the off. Ángel Correa and Kevin Gameiro are battling for a position up front with Antoine Griezmann, with Fernando Torres as viable alternative.
