Liverpool boast a 13-match unbeaten run in Champions League home games

Liverpool trail 3-0 from the first leg but their performance at the Camp Nou was better than the result suggested. Jurgen Klopp's men had more possession, more shots, more corners and completed more passes in the first leg but failed to convert their chances. They must now win by the same scoreline simply to take the tie into extra-time, while a goal for Barcelona will mean that the Reds need to find the net five times. The Reds are unbeaten at home in their last 19 games since a Carabao Cup defeat by Chelsea. Of those games, 16 have been won with only ten goals conceded.

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Mohammed Salah won't be fit after suffering a head injury against Newcastle. Roberto Firmino is also set to miss out meaning that Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri will join Sadio Manè upfront. The likes of Jordan Henderson, Georginjo Wijnaldum and Fabinho will feature from the off in midfield, with James Milner providing a back up option since Adam Lallana is a major doubt and Naby Keita is sidelinide. No changes are expected in defense where Trent Alexander Arnold, Andrew Robertson, Joel Matip and Virgil Van Dijk will retain their starting berth.

The Spaniards have already wrapped up the La Liga title and manager Ernesto Valverde rest a number of first team regulars for the weekend loss at Celta Vigo. Philippe Coutinho will retain his berth in the front trio since Ousmane Dembele sustained a hamstring injury at the weekend and will miss the clash. Arturo Vidal is favourite over Brazilian midfielder Arthur to partner Ivan Rakitic and Sergio Busquets in the middle of the park. Sergi Roberto should get the nod over Nelson Semedo as left back once again, with the likes of Gerard Piquè, Clement Lenglet and Jordi Alba completing the back four once again. Rafinha is the only other sidelined player for the La Liga side.
