Liverpool currently sit 4th in the Premier League standings. As a result, Ronald Koeman's men are currently level on points with 6th-placed Arsenal. Anyway, away from Goodison Park they have struggled for wins all season long and they have taken three points in only two of their last 12 fixtures. The Toffees are in fine form in front of goal though, scoring 11 times in their last four outings.

Seamus Coleman suffered an awful leg break while on international duty and will be replaced by Mason Holgate. He joins long-term absentee Yannick Bolasie on the sidelines, while Morgan Schneiderlin, Muhamed Besic and James McCarthy are all doubtful. Ramiro Funes Mori is sidelined after being stretchered off in Argentina's 2-0 loss to Bolivia. The youngster Dominic Calvert-Lewin is expected to retain his berth up front, alongside Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley.
