Since the Premier League restart at the beginning of June, it’s been all action, with twists, turns and plenty of shock results. Sunday marks the final day of an unprecedented season, and while no fans will be sat in the stands, there will be millions hooked to televisions across the world with so much still to play for.

Premier League 2019/20 Final Day Fixtures

We’ll start with the fixtures. All games will be played at the same time, kicking off at 4pm on Sunday July 26, 2020. All games will be available to watch on TV, with Sky Sports broadcasting them live.

The full set of fixtures for the final day of the Premier League are:

Premier League Table: As It Stands

With just one game to play, there are a number of teams still battling for a place in Europe or to survive. Watford face a tricky tie against Arsenal, while Bournemouth need a win away at Everton to even have a hope of Premier League football next season.

Chelsea, Leicester and Manchester United are playing for a place in the top four, with the latter two facing off in a huge game at the King Power Stadium.

Premier League Final Day Permutations

With tons still to play for in the Premier League, we look at the permutations going into the final day.

The Top Four Race

Three teams are fighting for two Champions League places and it will largely be determined by the fixture between Leicester and Manchester United.

Manchester United currently sit in third, on the same points as Chelsea in fourth but with a significantly better goal difference. Leicester are in fifth and just a point behind Frank Lampard’s men, also with a better goal difference.

Despite that, Chelsea are favourites to seal a top four spot on Sunday at 1/9 with BetVictor, with Manchester United priced at 2/9. Leicester are priced at 6/4 and ultimately need to beat Manchester United, or draw in the hope that Chelsea lose against Wolves.

Both Chelsea and Manchester United require only a point to qualify, while whoever misses out is already guaranteed Europa League qualification.

Europa League Qualification

Both Wolves and Tottenham are guaranteed top seven finishes and a place in the Europa League, although both will want to avoid seventh, with Arsenal potentially able to steal that spot with a win in the FA Cup Final.

Both sides need to win to ensure sixth in the table, with Tottenham, a point behind Wolves travelling to Crystal Palace, while Wolves face Chelsea who need a result themselves to guarantee Champions League football.

That’s placed Spurs as the favourite to take the sixth spot in the league at 4/6 with BetVictor, while Wolves can be backed at 11/10.

Battle Against Relegation

Norwich have already been relegated from the Premier League and sit 10 points adrift of Bournemouth in 19th.

Eddie Howe’s men require a win to stay up, with Watford and Aston Villa also in danger of the drop.

At present, Watford are in 18th on 34 points, with Villa on the same points in 17th but with a better goal difference. Bournemouth are on 31 points, with the same goal difference as Watford and require nothing but a win to remotely have a chance of staying up. In this instance, they would also require both Villa and Watford to lose, earning safety via goal difference.

In order to survive, Aston Villa must simply better Watford’s result on Sunday, although the Hornets face amuch trickier tie in Arsenal.

Watford must better Aston Villa’s result and ensure the swing in goal difference means they will stay up. If Watford lose to Arsenal, they will simply hope that West Ham beat Villa by two more goals.

The bookies are backing Villa to do it, with BetVictor pricing Dean Smith’s men at 2/7 to stay up, with Watford at 2/1 and Bournemouth 10/1.

Our Premier League Predictions

Of course, there’s plenty to bet on this weekend and below you’ll find all our football predictions for each game across the day.

Arsenal vs Watford

The sacking of Nigel Pearson really didn’t help matters against Manchester City. Arsenal have a cup final to think about next weekend though and we could see the Hornets picking up a draw at 11/4 with Paddy Power.

Burnley vs Brighton

Both have nothing to play for, but Burnley have been excellent for much of the season and we’d expect them to get the win here, with a win to nil good value at 3/1 with BetVictor.

Chelsea vs Wolves

Chelsea face a tough tie against Wolves, with both sides seeking guaranteed European football. We’d back the draw and BTTS at 10/3 with William Hill.

Crystal Palace vs Tottenham

Spurs need a win to ensure Europa League qualification, and they shouldn’t have many issues earning that with Palace safe. Kane to score first and Spurs win at 16/5 with GentingBet would be our pick for this one.

Everton vs Bournemouth

Bournemouth need a win to be in with a hope of survival, but it isn’t likely and we’d back an Everton win and BTTS with William Hill at 13/5.

Leicester vs Man Utd

Manchester United need just a point against Leicester to secure Champions League football. It’s a difficult game to call, but we can see them earning a win at the King Power with BTTS at 10/3 with Betfair.

Man City vs Norwich

A big Manchester City win is likely in this one. Phil Foden to score anytime and City to win at 21/20 with 888sport could be a good punt for your accumulator however.

Newcastle vs Liverpool

Liverpool will look to end their season well, with an impressive 99 points up for grabs. We can see them having few issues with a safe Newcastle side, and a 2-0 away win would be our backing, with 10Bet pricing it 11/2.

Southampton vs Sheffield United

Both Sheffield United and Southampton will be largely happy with their seasons, with the Blades having a fine first season in the division. The foot will be off the gas in this one though and we fancy a draw at 12/5 with Bet365.

West Ham vs Aston Villa

Villa are fighting for their lives and we’d back them to pick up a result at the London Stadium and guarantee survival. They’re 6/5 with QuinnBet to win and that’d be our backing for this one.
