URUGUAY v COLOMBIA BETTING PREVIEW

Uruguay impressed in winning 0-2 in Bolivia last Friday but they are not the heavyweight team that impressed a couple of years ago.

Edinson Cavani and Luis Suarez are out through injury while Cristian Rodriguez ruled out after picking up a muscular injury last time out. Maxi Pereira will be back to the starting line-up after being left out of the previous match while veteran midfielder Egidio Arevalo Rios is available once again.

Colombia struggled at times but recorded an important 2-0 win against Peru last week at their official stadium of Estadio Metropolitano Roberto Meléndez in Barranquilla also last Thursday.

James Rodriguez is missing for the visitors but Macnelly Torres returned to training with the national team. Carlos Sánchez and Fredy Guarin are likely to retain their starting berth in midfield. Carlos Bacca and Teofilo Gutierrez will lead the line with Cuadrado and Cardona on their flanks.

Uruguay have won have won six and drawn two of the last nine meetings against Colombia and are unbeaten against Los Cafeteros in five home matches.
