Manager Tony Pulis started with Salomon Rondon in attack last time out but Hal Robson-Kanu may come into contention for a recall. They were 5 points behind Tottenham before this matchweek but the two Manchester teams are right at their back and their 6 point lead over the Red Devils may come in handy as they look to qualify for the Champions League. The Merseysiders, who won the first fixture this season at Anfield 2-1, are undefeated in their last 7 matches against West Brom in all competitions but have draw the last 3 Premier League games at the Hawthorns.

Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Adam Lallana is close to make his return while Jordan Henderson remains a couple of weeks away from being able to train. The German manager will not repeat the mistake of starting Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho on the bench this time. Divock Origi  or Daniel Sturridge will complete the attacking line as Sadio Mane is sidelined. In defense, Ragnar Klavan could start alongside Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren, then, with Nathaniel Clyne and James Milner perhaps operating as wing-backs once more.
