COLOMBIA v PERU BETTING PREVIEW

Following their shock opening defeat to Venezuela, the Colombian side beat 1-0 Brazil in the second Copa America clash, a game that was marked by Neymar sending-off after the triple whistle. A victory against Peru will be enough to ensure their place in the last eight, possibly as group winners

Carlos Bacca was sent off in the 1-0 win over Brazil and he is suspende, so we expect Teofilo Gutierrez to replace Sevilla's striker. Elsewhere the team should remain unchanged with Cuadrado and James Rodriguez playing behind the offensive duo, Murillo and Zapata in central back positions.

Peru also lost their opening match of the tournament, 2-1 to Brazil but they were only denied a point by a last minute winner. They put themselves back into contention with a 1-0 win over Venezuela last time out and now a draw would be sufficient for Peru to qualify for the quarter-final of Copa America.

Carlos Ascues and Christian Cueva picked up knocks last time out, but the duo should be fit to play as well as Jefferson Farfan as he is likely to recover in time. Claudio Pizarro will keep his place alongside Paolo Guerrero while Yordy Reyna and Carlos Lobatón look to be in competition for a starting berth in midfield..

Colombia and Peru met twice in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers and the Cafeteros emerged triumphant in both matches.
